How to fix teams green screen issue.

Hi Prajwal,

we are using a Windows Cloud PC with the configuration 4VCPU, 16GB RAM, and 128GB SSD, inside the Windows Cloud PC we are facing a Teams green screen issue during Teams meetings and calls we are getting this issue on Dell latitude 5420/30 laptops; we have done below troubleshooting steps on windows cloud pc.

1)Re-install Teams App

2)Remove/ delete cache file from the system

3)Re-install the remote desktop app

4)Download and update system drivers.

5)Sync profile with Intune portal.

6)Still no luck, the user is facing a green screen issue.

7)The last option to observe, we've initiated the Re-provision process of CPC.

    Are you experiencing this issue with Teams on remote desktop?

    Based on our investigation, this is currently a known issue with Remote Desktop. According to the solution currently provided by Microsoft, please try to modify the local registry:

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Default\AddIns\WebRTC Redirector]




    Please apply the above to the client.
