Based on my research, the usage of widgets is only related to Android device configuration profile, here are some steps you can refer to troubleshoot Android configuration profile on managed devices.
- Check the profile status in Intune portal.
- If the profile status is fine, you can follow the link to check diagnostic log on targeted Android device.
