Authenticated Key not recognized after system rebuild

I had to replace/rebuild my system due to a hardware failure. The upgraded system brought all apps over OK; however, when I Lauch Office 2019 app, it says sign in. When I enter the license key that authenticated before, I get no response, just getting ready.

How do I authenticate with my valid key. I cannot get to "telephone" option
