My MS-900 exam interrupted due to network issue. My proctor raised a case for me with case id:10511152. rescheduling

I had scheduled my MS-900 examination on 05/11/2023. I had scheduled the examination by Vue Pearson Portal, but my exam didn't start due to network issue. My proctor raised a case for me with case id: 10511152 and told me that I receive a follow up mail for rescheduling but didn't get any.

 

My MCID is enclosed below:

 MCID (Vue Pearson)- 995159536 

Can you let me know the desired course of action to be followed so that I can reschedule my exam.
