Can not view Earing page in Partner Center

Hello!

I Cannot view earing pages in Microsoft Partner Center recently. I managed to fix it, but in vain. I used my personal microsoft account to register Microsoft Partner. The error page shows bellow, telling me that I do not have permission.

In the settings page. I do have access to Earings Page.

When expand Earings option, it throw an exception.

There is also an error in "Tenats" page.

How can I fix my accout?
