Document Intelligence Training - GDPR

Question

Hi all,

We are currently using Azure Document Intelligence for training custom models.

These models require documents for training that contain personal data (GDPR).

Whereas, the documentation does not clearly state if these data sets will be required for further training or re-training when the models need improvement or adjustment.

Is every training based solely on the available documents or will it be based on the documents and the prior models that have been trained?
