Accumulative update .NET does not appear on Wmic qfe list

I have installed this .NET update KB5031995 for my windows 7 and It does not appear on the list obtained through the command: wmic qfe list brief > updates.txt


I noticed that neither of the .NET updates since july are appearing and I don't know why
