I can't create a user profile in outlook for a user

Question

Hi People,

At the beginning, it was http 404 error, I made the suggested modification in the registry to fix the problem and I got a window that pops up to put the user password but the password is not recognized.

Modification done in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity]

"EnableADAL"=dword:00000000

"DisableADALatopWAMOverride"=dword:00000001

"DisableAADWAM"=dword:00000001

Hi @Jean Olivier Gasore ,

I understand that you cannot connect to the server. I searched for a similar thread. (Note: Since the web site is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.) The method under the post solved their problem.

Go control panel > internet options > connections > LAN settings > check box "auto detect settings" > ok.

If the problem persists, it is recommended that you recreate the Windows user profile.
