About a year ago, I used the Bing search service on Azure for research purposes. I registered my debit card for payment but haven't used any services since then. However, from November 17th to 19th, I received notifications from my bank about attempted charges from Azure, all of which were unsuccessful.
Upon checking my Azure account, I noticed several services had been activated without my consent. When I tried to report this issue, I encountered another problem – my subscription appears to be disabled, preventing me from submitting any report through the system.
I'm at a loss about what to do next. I've learned that some students at my university have experienced similar issues. Any advice or guidance on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
