How do I resolve this and successfully install SQL Server Developer Edition

I continue to receive this message when I try to install SQL Server Developer Edition.

"Exit code (Decimal):- 2147467259 Error description: The system cannot find path specified"

-I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it

-I've looked at the log which wasn't helpful

    Hi @Hynrik Olyksandr

    Please check the error logs for more details.

    There is a summary.txt file and many subfolders created every time the Installation wizard is started. In those subfolders, we can find a Detail.txt file.
