Installation of Azure Arc

Question

Hello.

I am trying to onboard a local server to Azure Arc , using script froom Azure.
The script fails with the following error:

https://aka.ms/arc-server-outbound-url-requirements : The term 'https://aka.ms/arc-server-outbound-url-requirements' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, 
function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.
At C:\azurearc.ps1:30 char:1

Hi,

The command does not look correct, please check the documentation and it should be ending with .ps or ps1. Not sure why you are typing the URL? Please post the script location and command you are typing.

Usually it is ./OnboardingScript.ps1 for windows server.

I have run the script, but it stops on the step shown in the first post, but it stops on the command shown in the post.
