Dear Expertise,

I have one strange issue recently, there is one RDS 2016 server in one of my sites with some APPs published , it was working well for more than 2 years, don't know why suddenly now domain users cannot use it only from remote site.

Let's image the RDS in my site1.

From Use Credential Result
Site 1 Domain Account Success
Site 1 Local Account of RDS Server Success
Site 2 (Remote Site) Domain Account The credential did not work
Site 2 (Remote Site) Local Account of RDS Server Success

I've tested all network settings all correct, and since users from Site 1 can login correctly there should not have issue on RDS itself, any ideas?

    Hello,

You may consider following some basic checks:

    • Check the Credential Manager on the client machines from Site 2 to ensure that there are no cached credentials causing conflicts.
    • Check the event logs on the RDS server for any authentication-related errors or warnings. Also, review the logs on the domain controllers for any relevant information about failed logon attempts. Making Sense of RDP Connection Event Logs

    Kind regards,
