I need to discuss an issue with someone on the phone to reolve a outlook problem

The newest release of Outlook for Mac does not enable me to see my email folders saved by subject. Every time the version gets reinstalled this problem persists and I always revert back to the prior version to get all of my email folders. I need help!!!!!! When I restart my computer and restart outlook the new version installs.
