Issue with online exam

Question

when i complte successfully system check after that i entered in launch exam and one proctor is connected with me, him name is rahul ,he told me show your area where you sitted.he cant see video properly so he told me to retest the exam after that i retest exam and after that im unable to give the exam because of network issue, so i want to rescheudle my exam.
