how to get my tarnscript, score sheet and get upated in my profile

I have completed My Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) on 04/11/2023 and Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) on 18/11/2023, after finishing this exam I didn't get my certificates, Transcripts, Score sheet and I Didn't get update on my profile. Can you please solve me this issue?

I need the certificates, Score Sheet and Transcript sheet.
