How do I disable MFA on my Microsoft account?

I have been logged out of my Microsoft app and also my authenticator app. So the authenticator is no longer linked to my Microsoft app. I am unable to link it again as I would need to be logged into my Microsoft account or have access to a QR code that I am unable to retrieve as I am redirected to the authenticator to verify. How do I move forward with this? Who would I need to contact to disable the MFA on my account so I may be able to log in

You'll need the accounts admins to reset the account so a new QR code can be generated with which you can relink the authentication device to your account.

If you are the admin (and blocked) then you can reach out to 365 global customer service here.
