I just realized I have two accounts. That’s probably why I have been having trouble. One has a subscription, it’s the one I want to keep and the other one is a old email and is warning me that I have two pay or lose my pictures.

I should have added that on our desk top computer the account we want to delete is listed as the administrator account. There both listed. If we delete the old administrator account will it automatically let the correct email account be administrator?
