We are Unable to deploy an app in Azure OpenAI Studio

I am not able to deploy an app from the Azure OpenAI Studio. I am using Bring Your Own Data and have configured the cognitive search and storage. When I click on "Deploy to", it opens the "Deploy to a web app" window. I filled in all the information regarding the app, subscription, resource group, location, and pricing plan. I also ticked the acknowledge checkbox. When I click on "Deploy" nothing happens. What could be the possible reason for this behavior and how can I resolve it?

The "Deploying web app" is keep showing.

I am using "gpt-35-turbo" model.

    Could you confirm in which region you are trying?

    I just tried deploying a webapp in East US and its working fine.

    The "Deploying web app" is keep showing.

    How long its been showing this message?

    What could be the possible reason for this behavior and how can I resolve it?

    Please note that the deployment process may take some time to complete, depending on the size of your app and the resources you have allocated. Please be patient and wait for the deployment to complete
