how can I have a fixed size TitleView in windows?

If I add a title view with a height, the "See more" buttons appear and when I click on it, it expands the height. I want it to always be that height and not expand.

There is no API in MAUI that allows you to change the height of the default TitleView.

After testing, this behavior is the same as in Xamarin.Forms. Xamarin's documentation explains why clipping occurs:

On iOS and the Universal Windows Platform (UWP), the height of the navigation bar can't be changed, and so clipping will occur if the view displayed in the navigation bar is larger than the default size of the navigation bar. However, on Android, the height of the navigation bar can be changed by setting the NavigationPage.BarHeight bindable property to a double representing the new height.
