I passed AZ104 and got Certification ID. But unable to see in certification dashboard

Question

I attended my AZ104 test on 11.11.2023

I passed the test and received mail (to contact information mail ID which I mentioned during the test scheduling process) that I have passed the exam with certification ID: 995659120

While scheduling the test I logged in with my personal mail ID ******@gmail.com. But I didn't receive the certificate in my profile to download.

kindly help me in this regard.
