Duplicate is created and not able to view my certificate.

Hello,
I scheduled examination with Pearson Vue on Nov25th 2023, I passed my examination, but when checked my account for the certification I did not find one. I found that a duplicate account has been created and certificates has been sent to that account and I do not have access to that account.
I am also attaching the proof on the examination passed. Can somebody help me out in merging both the accounts. This certification plays a vital role in my career, I want to have it in my LinkedIn account to get my dream job asap. Please help me out. Thank you.
