Custommer tries to connect to Partners Tenants when saving in Word

We have a custommer that we are It Partner for, we have our Partner link activated in there Tenant but that is the only thing. Lately the custommer has been promped for sign on details for our Tenant when they push Save As.. in Word instead of their own Tenant/Sharepoint.
We have looked through the Tegistry on the affected Clients and we can see that our Tenant/sharepoint site is listed as a alternative under the ADAL service key:
[HKEY_USERS\111111111111111111111111111111111\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\ServiceAuthInfoCache\ADALServerToServiceParams]
We have tried to locate what service that are providing this key on the clients, but alll we have found is that it it Azure and Office 365 thats populating this hive when first login to Office 365. but not where and how we can edit this settings so the custommer can get rid of our login. we have tried to delete the key manually, but it pops back in ater a few minutes..
Any idea, suggestions?
