Reactivate my subscription

My azure subscription was cancelled and the data deleted. I have upgraded to pay as you go before the accidental cancellation. I will be grateful if my subscription can be restored. Thanks.

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community.

Global or Billing admin has rights to reactivate a subscription, so if you have these admin rights, please follow the below steps and reactivate your Microsoft 365 subscription. If you don’t have these rights, please contact admin to reactivate it.

Login to Microsoft365 admin center> go to the Billing > Your products page.

On the Products tab, find the subscription that you want to reactivate. Select More actions (three dots), then select Reactivate this subscription.

In the Reactivate this subscription pane, select a payment method from the drop-down list, or select Add payment method.

Select Save.
