Malawi is not listed on Azure

Question

I have been a MPN Partner for the past 7 years. However, all the time we have been paying for the MAP with Azure benefits, we have not been able to utilize these benefits since the country - Malawi - where we are registered as business is not listed Azure.

1. When does Microsoft intend to have Malawi listed on the Azure?
2. In the interim, is there any workaround to this situation?
3. How best can we take full advantage of this benefit as we are already paying for it?
