it was broken in Windows 11 23H2 and fixed in Windows 11 24H2.

According to the official recommendation, I added a REG_DWORD 32-bit entry named DWMFRAMEINTERVAL with a value of 15 in the Winstations location of the registry.
After upgrading to 23H2, the frame rate is still only 30 fps after remotely setting the registry 15.
In 22H2, the frame rate could reach 60 fps after setting the remote desktop registry to 15.

Any setting here makes no difference.I've read that there has been a change to the scaling but nothing from 1-16 has made any difference.
Others have reported it just came back.Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2. OS Build 22621.2715
