microsoft login

Question

hi,

I have problem when people in my organization try connect to microsoft. The have comunicat:

"....Your organization requires the use of Microsoft Authenticator."
We do not force the use of the application in the organization.
The message only appears for some people and only sometimes.
We didn't change the requirements in the settings, so far people could use SMS.
