Hello team,

Since switching to the new MS Teams I can no longer access Tasks tab in a channel. The Tasks were added as a website (workaround to have a private planner). The Tasks was created on my own account - not a guest.

I receive the following error:

Error loading user settings. Please try again. If this continues please contact customer support.

When testing with the old MS Teams I can still view the Tasks directly in MS Teams and do not have to switch to browser.

So it's okay in Teams Web version?

I just tested it on my own machine, and it doesn't appear to be what you're experiencing. The New Teams client version is 1415/23110231808. You can try to check and update the Teams version and then clear the Teams cache from your device. Teams is currently not perfect in some places, and there is a discrepancy with the classic Teams, it is recommended that you try to switch the classic Teams or the Web version as an alternative.
