How to execute remote SSIS package using username and password while using dtexec utility in SQL Server

Question

When I use the dtexec utility (version 160 x64), can I login with a username and password instead of a Windows account? I have used the following parameters; /ISServer, /Server, /User, /Password, but I cannot successfully execute the dtsx package. How should I do this correctly? Thank you.

Hi @Minmoku，

I would strongly advice you to ask for working SQL Agent and create an Agent Job to run the package.

You could use Native Windows user credentials management with proxy accounts to run the packages remotely.
