Free tier not available for Computer Vision

Hi

I have PAYG subscription and trying to use free tier services of Computer Vision & Content safety but getting following error. I do not have any services running in my subscription, however still getting this error

Have you tried creating F0 tier with other resource region? May I know the resource region that caused this issue?

The free tier is limited per subscription and if you have already used free tier, you might receive this error: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/azure-subscription-service-limits#azure-cognitive-services-limits

Please make sure that certain services are free for specified amounts https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/pricing/free-services/
