If I delete a Microsoft Azure account that has an active subscription, is its subscription also cancelled by extension?

I seem to have signed up for an additional Azure AI account. But I found the access control aspect of Microsoft Azure to be quite frustrating unfortunately, and I may have cancelled the account while it still had a running support subscription. Is it likely that the subscription is cancelled? Thanks.

Yes, if you delete a Microsoft Azure account that has an active subscription, the subscription is also cancelled.

To be sure everything is clean , also you can create a new support ticket, canceling subscription can be done by support team in help and support.
