can we show editable subgrid in the popup

when click on close as lost/close as won before going to close the opportunity need to show one general popup with text as do you want to add subgrid area. When i click on ok it should show another popup for editable grid. Is there possibility to achieve this in d365crm, if no please suggest other possibilities as well.
