In Azure Bot "Test in Web Chat", the bot returns "The bot encountered an error or bug. To continue to run this bot, please fix the bot source code." message.

after I read the following question answer, I have checked I did enter language resource key.

the plan I used free plan, not sure why it's not working

Hello @Mika S , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

Generally, using the correct key (copied from the language resource in the Azure portal) while creating the bot resolves this issue. Also try to restart the app service.
