How can I fail to assess to USB with encryption (Bitlocker) enter a corrected password and Recovery Key?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Thank you for your help. And I am facing a problem in BitLocker Device Encryption for USB. When I am processing the encrypt, No responding is appeared suddenly and cause restart the system again. However, the USB Device was encrypt as attachment and now i can not open or assess. Would you please help on this situation. Thank you. I look forward to hearing your good news.
