Error when trying to connect to the server

I'm trying to connect to a server and it's giving me this error.
Error: #<WIN32OLERuntimeError: (in OLE method `Open': )\n OLE error code:80004005 in Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server\n [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (PreLoginHandshake()).]General network error. Check the document\xC3\xA7\xC3\xA3o da rede.\n HRESULT error code:0x80020009\n Exce\xE7\xE3o.
Trying from another computer and other networks works perfectly, only on this computer it does not connect and returns this error.
can you help me ?

What environment is this? Corporate environment? Domain? Workgroup?
What OS? Etc. The more you can tell, the better the chances that we may think of something.
