Will Installing Powershell version 7 on Azure Devops agent affect existing powershell tasks on agent

I need to install Powershell 7 on our Azure Devops agent servers. Can installing Powershell 7 on existing devops agent servers cause problems with exiting pipelines that use latest Powershell task? And if it cause problem then would uninstalling powerhell resolve the problem.
