How to transfer my MCID and its progress/certifications to another Microsoft Account?

I currently have signed into Microsoft Learn using a personal account. I used my personal phone number to create this account instead of an email address.

On this Microsoft Learn account, I have Microsoft certifications connected. I wish to connect this account to Microsoft's Partner Centre for an organisation, however it does not accept phone number accounts due to security implications. It requires an email account instead which I do not have.

I want to create a new Microsoft account using an email address and password as the method to sign-in, instead of using my current account where I use my phone number and password. I also want to make sure I don't lose my Microsoft Learn progress and certifications, and have them transferred to this new Microsoft Account that's accessed by email.

Any help?
