Unable to find GPT-4 model in Azure OpenAI Studio

I currently am trying to POC gpt-4 in EUS or EUS2 and in both regions I'm not getting the option to even use gpt-4. Is there something I am missing here? There's nothing saying that there is a shortage or anything like that in those regions which is why I am trying to figure out why my org isn't even getting an option for it.

    Thanks for reaching out to us, GPT-4 is now available to all subscriptions in the following regions.

    GPT-4 Regions Available to All Azure OpenAI-Enabled Subscriptions

    ·       Canada East

    ·       Sweden Central

    ·       Switzerland North

    EastUS and EastUS2 are kind of full, if you really need to get access of GPT-4 in those regions, please let me know.
