I have set up cost alerts, but I am not receiving alert emails.

Do I need to do anything other than sign up for alert recipients (email) in the budget console?

When I check at a cost alerts console, active alerts are displayed.

    Hi @mtcbs-dev ,

I'm also using Azure cost alerts and had a similar issue.

    Here are my troubleshooting steps:

In Azure Cost Management, go to Monitoring: Cost Alerts, and check the date of the sent alert.

In Outlook, or your email client, search ALL mailboxes for the string "Important: Your Azure budget" or search for the name you gave your budget cost alert.

If you're searching the body, look for something like this:

... has exceeded its threshold value and requires your reviewThe total evaluated amount for your Azure budget...This amount exceeds the threshold value of ... Please review this budget in the Azure portal and analyze your cost and usage.
