Successful log ins not showing in Authenticator app

I’ve been using the Authenticator app for 2 months now with two Microsoft accounts. I check for activity in my accounts twice a day. Recently the successful attempts are not showing in one of my accounts. How would I know if someone was successful that was not me if it’s not even showing my own attempts?
