Hello everyone,

I tried to connect my Apps email to exchange online, but got error : Email Check : Cannot connect to Email: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response).

How to solve this issue?
I checked on email account, IMAP is already enabled.

    Regarding the error message "Cannot connect to the email server: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)" can be caused by several issues. Here are some possible solutions:

    1. Check and confirm whether IMAP is enabled and the port is correct (usually 993) and try the security as SSL over TLS.
    2. Try temporarily turning off firewall and anti-virus programs to check whether there is any difference.
    3. Change your password so it no longer contains any Unicode characters.
