Regarding the error message "Cannot connect to the email server: [CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)" can be caused by several issues. Here are some possible solutions:
- Check and confirm whether IMAP is enabled and the port is correct (usually 993) and try the security as SSL over TLS.
- Try temporarily turning off firewall and anti-virus programs to check whether there is any difference.
- Change your password so it no longer contains any Unicode characters.
