How can the resource subscription latency be decreased in MS Teams

We have created a subscription to the channel using the API and we are renewing it every 45 mins, to keep listening to changes made in the channel.
On one particular time, The subscription renewal time and the time when the message is sent in the channel have coincided and we did not receive notification for that particular chat message. I know that there is a max. latency of up to 60 mins from this document.
Is there any way we can reduce the latency?
