Windows and softphone poorly manage my microphone how to do?

Good morning,

I have a problem between a softphone and Windows on my entire computer park.

To situate the problem, the microphone does not seem to have any problems in Windows itself or in Teams.

The problem is that the user can hear his interlocutor, but the reverse is not true (whether the post is on site or on a 4G link)

when I take a packet capture on the network card of an extension, I see the RTP stream leaving, but the packets are empty

if I leave or uninstall Microsoft Teams, the softphone works fine, but after restarting the computer even with Teams uninstall the problem comes back.

Driver Update Done, BIOS, Chipset, Audio Device

Update Windows, do

The softphone editor does not understand either.

Antivirus disabled

Does anyone have a lead please? (it’s been 2 months and I have no more ideas)

    Hello,

It appears that the issue is related to the interaction between the softphone and Microsoft Teams.

Have you checked the audio settings within Microsoft Teams to ensure that it is not conflicting with the softphone application? Check if Teams is set to use the correct microphone and that it releases control of the microphone when not in use.

Yes teams seems to have the right settings for the mic.

I even tried to uninstall Teams I still have the problem.
