we have noticed with a couple of different customers that when a user has larger amounts of data 200GB + teh initial syc on a new device PC, android, IOS might fail. for the PC it seems to work eventualy if you are just patient. however on Android and ios teh initioa syn never happens.

i have tried on multiple devises with one account with over 200GB of data, and one identical user with only 6GB. the smal one alwasy syncs but the larger one does not. i have not been able to figure out if the isseu is volume or quantity. but my guess would be quantity as we se a similar issue on the PC where teh initial sync takes ages even when all files are set to be "on demand".

anyone els seeing similar issues?

    Hi @Mattias6513

    Thank you for your feedback.

If there is no related error, it is difficult to troubleshoot from the perspective of the forum. In the case of intermittent network problems, we usually need to capture packets to determine what is happening on the network that causes such problems. Since the forum does not support packet capture analysis, if you want to investigate this issue in depth, it is recommended to open a case with Microsoft.

The following is the contact information for Microsoft to open a case:

    Thanks for your understanding!

    Best Regards,
    Sunny
