Can I export lists with conversations from MSTeams

Question

I would like to use MS Teams lists for issue tracking so that my team can have a conversation about each issue. I will however have the list exported or printed out showing all of the conversations once I'm finished with the list. Can I export my list from MS Teams with the conversation?

You can export this list to excel as below. However, the conversation cannot be export from Teams.
