Ms. **[Katherine Yu MSFT ](https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/profile/320e07c6-83af-4222-b479-166763cce7aa"Katherine Yu MSFT")**referred me here to get a solution to my query.

My main device was out of use in an accident, now I'm trying to add Microsoft Authenticator to my second device. I don't have the main device & I haven't added any backup email on that.

I managed to log in with otp on my mobile number via our administrator's Admin panel but on my second device, the accounts connected with my main device are not displaying there.

Is there any way to restore it?

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

I hope this video can help you:

Without a backup to restore, the only option is to work with each service provider's account recovery methods. The Microsoft Authenticator is nothing more than a code generator. The MFA is turned on or off at the service provider's end.
