Is Dot net 4.7.1 safe to run on exchange server 2016/ windows server 2016
I need to install Dot net 4.7.1 to setup Duo on the server and I came across a post saying it wasn't
tested or approved for that exchange server.

I think it should be supported in Windows server2016.
In addition, whether Exchange2016 is supported depends on your CU version.
