I understand that you are unable to connect to a VM via Bastion and it fails with the following error: "Log in failed. Please reconnect and try again".
Please share the below details for further discussion on this issue:
- Could you please clarify on how exactly are you trying to log in? Are you using VM credentials or Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) authentication?
- Are you connecting over the browser or using native client? Are you using IP-based connection?
- What is the SKU of your Azure Bastion host?
- Do you have any NSG associated to the AzureBastionSubnet?
- Is it just a single user having this issue or are there multiple users?
- Do you see issues with only this particular VM or you are facing same issues with other VMs in the same VNET as well?
