How do I get the Microsoft AZ-900 exam rescheduled

Hi Team,

I appeared for Microsoft AZ-900 exam using Pearson Vue on 19th November 2023 at 1:30PM IST. Please find below the details:

Candidate: Yogesh Kumar

Candidate ID: MS0995280279

Registration ID: 451880933

When there were 8-10 minutes remaining in the exam, the software started showing a black blank screen. I waited for the software to show me the questions but it continued to show the blank screen. I tried to connect with the Proctor via chat but no one responded. After like 15 minutes, I terminated the software window and relaunched the Pearson Vue application after which it asked me to relaunch the exam and resume. But instead of resuming from where it started showing black screen, it showed me my result and showed the status as "FAIL".

I connected with Pearson Vue to look into the matter immediately for which they filed a case with Case ID - 10566735. After 2 weeks of struggle, I received a response from their support team saying "We have reviewed the situation and we would like to inform that all question were viewed and visited by you. Unfortunately, we will not be able to honor the request. In order to take the exam again you will need to pay again. If you need to discuss this matter, then please reach Microsoft directly."

In this case, I lost my precious time because of the Pearson Vue software.

I want either a refund or reschedule/ retake of the same exam.

Please let me know if anything is required from my side.
