Unable to download Az-104 certificate

Hi, this is Tarun!
Last week I have completed my certification on Az-104 and passed in the exam.
Now I am unable to download my certificate from my Microsoft profile -> Credentials ->Certification dashboard.
Certification dashboard shows up a blank page.
Kindly Assist me on the above issue.
