How do I fix that my macro's won't work anymore?

When I open my Outlook, I get the usual pop-up which asks if I want to allow macro's to run.

Since I write my own code, I trust it and I allow it.

However, since about a week, when I allow it, the code doesn't do anything when I press the buttons in the ribbons.

Also the code which happens when I press send on an e-mail doesn't do anything.

And whenever I open Visual Basic, and double click a Module, the code doesn't show.

If I want to show a Form, it does show after about 5 clicks, but when I want to show the code, nothing appears. It only gives a warning with "Can't find the object". (It's in Dutch, and a rough translation.)

Opening Outlook in safe mode also doesn't work.
